At SYMES, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns for any products.


Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we are happy to assist. You can request a size exchange by emailing us at support@symesfit.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges, and we recommend using a trackable method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@symesfit.com with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or arranging a suitable solution.
